At Book Kashi Boat, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable boating experience on the sacred River Ganga. We understand that travel plans may change, and this Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms applicable to cancellations, refunds, and booking modifications. Please read this policy carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance you cancel your confirmed booking.
✅ Full Refund
Customers who cancel their booking 72 hours or more before the scheduled boat ride will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
⚠️ Partial Refund
Customers who cancel their booking between 48 and 72 hours before the scheduled ride will be eligible for a 50% refund of the booking amount.
❌ No Refund
No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled departure time. Bookings will also be non-refundable in the event of a no-show or if the customer fails to arrive at the designated boarding point at the scheduled time.
2. Rescheduling Policy
Customers may request to reschedule their booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled ride, subject to availability. One complimentary rescheduling request may be accommodated at our discretion. Additional changes or last-minute requests may incur additional charges or may not be possible during peak seasons.
3. Exceptions
A full refund or complimentary rescheduling will be offered if Book Kashi Boat is unable to operate the booked service due to circumstances beyond the customer’s control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather conditions
- High river levels or unsafe boating conditions
- Government restrictions or local authority directives
- Natural disasters or other force majeure events
- Operational or safety-related cancellations initiated by Book Kashi Boat
In such cases, customers may choose either a full refund or an alternative available date for their booking.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations or inability to attend due to:
- Change of personal travel plans
- Illness or medical conditions
- Missed flights, trains, buses, or other transportation
- Late arrival at the boarding point
- Failure to provide accurate booking information
- No-show without prior notice
- Dissatisfaction arising from circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic congestion on the river or temporary restrictions imposed by authorities
5. Festival & Peak Season Bookings
Bookings made during Dev Deepawali, Ganga Mahotsav, Kartik Purnima, New Year’s Eve, major public holidays, or other peak tourism periods may be subject to special cancellation and refund terms due to exceptionally high demand. Any such conditions will be communicated to customers at the time of booking and will override the standard cancellation policy where applicable.

Cancellation requests will only be considered valid after they have been acknowledged by our team.
7. Refund Processing
Once your cancellation request has been reviewed and approved, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway. Book Kashi Boat is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or third-party payment providers.

- All cancellations are subject to this Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Terms & Conditions.
- Refunds will be processed only for eligible bookings that meet the cancellation requirements outlined above.
- Customers are encouraged to review their booking details carefully before making payment.
- Book Kashi Boat reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of fraudulent activity, misuse of promotional offers, or violations of our Terms & Conditions.
- We reserve the right to amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page and will become effective immediately upon posting.
