Book Kashi Boat provides curated experiences on the sacred River Ganges, including sunrise and sunset boat rides, Ganga Aarti experiences, traditional hand-rowed and motor boat rides, private charters, event celebrations, and customized sightseeing experiences. The availability, duration, routes, and pricing of these services may change from time to time and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Booking & Payment

Bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or email. Full payment is generally required to confirm a reservation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways, and we do not store your card or banking information. A booking is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully received and acknowledged by our team.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Prices may change without prior notice due to seasonal demand, festivals, special events, government regulations, or operational requirements. However, once a booking is confirmed, the agreed price will remain unchanged.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the type of experience booked and the timing of cancellation. Book Kashi Boat shall not be held liable for delays, rescheduling, or cancellations arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including heavy rain, floods, government restrictions, public safety advisories, natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events. In such situations, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative schedule or applicable refund.

7. Guest Conduct & Responsibilities

Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward our staff, fellow travellers, local communities, and sacred sites. All passengers must follow the safety instructions provided by our team, wear life jackets whenever instructed, avoid littering, and respect local customs and religious practices. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in the termination of the experience without a refund.

8. Safety & Liability

Participation in boat rides and experiences is at your own risk. While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure guest safety, Book Kashi Boat shall not be liable for personal injury, illness, loss of personal belongings, delays, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control. Guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in our experiences and are advised to keep their valuables secure during the journey.

9. Children & Minors

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the experience. Parents and guardians are solely responsible for the supervision, safety, and conduct of minors during the tour or boat ride.

During our boat rides and experiences, our team may capture photographs and videos for promotional purposes, including use on our website, social media channels, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to appear in such content, please inform our team before the start of your experience, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
